Killers

serial killers have a certain amount of fame because of they do. Even when there is one killing its a big deal. So when a person kills multiple people and get away with it. And why do people do this? what makes them want to kill people? Why do some kill boys and other kill women? These are all the questions we have and dont have the answers too.
As people we dont like the unknown, so we dont have theses answer we are more interested in it. Also people think serial killers are interesting in them self's. They have to have some kind of mental disorder. That what we dont know and that why we like them and make movies about them.

Accidental Racist

The song was very different, to me I didn't have an a huge opinion on it. After listening to what other people pointed out I noticed it wasn't very good. I like that they tried to make a point on a very touchy subject. Which made the song a big deal to everyone. They tried to make a point but they didn't` use the right words. People didn't think that used the right words either. Over all i think the song was trying to make a good point but didn't get the outcome they wanted to.

The places to see

Disney world is a great place and yes everyone should see it. It was very hard to think of another place or even a thing that compares to it. I was thinking and a think another place that everyone should see is Mount Rushmore. Its not as fun as Disney World but it has a lot of meaning. It historical and also took a long time to make. As I said its not as fun but it is a cool thing to see. how many head do you see in rocks?

 

Intertextuality

Two thing that go together like sponge bob on a dress. A dress is one thing and spongebob is a completely other thing.

 Also like this one you have to understand monopoly and family guy, to understand what this is.

 These two things dont have anything to do with what they are on. But they can go together, some will understand others will not. Thats how they get their name out there.

Coolness

Chuck and Alissa talk about the same thing but both have different view on the subject of being cool. Chuck talks about how cool cereal commercial can be, but for Alissa she talk about kids an technology. Alissa think kids use technology and other thing to be cool and stand out from the groups. Chuck think kids try to be cool. to fit in with the group of people they want to hang out with.
Alissa also think that teen are the ones to sell to. They have the brand loyalty, witch they will carry with them for a long time. She feels teen have a since of power when they stand out from the group of peers. As chuck feel that cereal commercial shows that not everyone is cool enough to eat the cereal.

Violence and TV

Violence happens and it is not a good thing. Many think violence comes from what we see on TV or what games we play. For one of the reading they disagreed with the video, we have some control. We do see it on TV and we cant stop what we see but parents can protect their kids. They dont have to let their kids see it. Because it is affecting children and having a lasting affect on them. Parents can help the problem but can not stop it completely.
Im not saying its a good thing, but I can be a teaching tool. That is what war is like and we are never going to stop violence all together. As the video points out it is bad it has many affects on kids, that can be long term or short term.  Also can be how long or how much these this are watched. Heavy viewers have a meaner world. Also the video states that African Americans are more likely to be involved with violence and drugs, but many white people do it also.

Football

I have three brother and I am a huge fan of football. Football is a intermediate  sport because it is very popular and manly. As stated in football high, student would move to a town just to go to a school with a good football program. It is the cool thing to go out for football in high school, they are famous to the school. The boys that play football train very hard and not just during football season it could be all year round, to make them bigger and better. football is a rough sport many injuries come for playing football.
Many kid get hurt every year playing football. They get hit in every game and every practice they have many concussions and other injuries. The players dont go out and think about if they are going to get hurt they think about winning big and looking tough for the fans. There has also been deaths from playing football. Kids dont think about what could happen they think about being stars and wining, maybe even going big.

Porn

As I see it most people dont talk about porn or they avoid the conversation. Its not all bad, everyone does it just not everyone talks about it. Many famous people do. There is a connection between pron and sex, its not all bad, its part of marriage, making a family, and part of love. Many people dont talk about even though most of them do it.
There are also some bad parts about sex and porn. Many people start doing it to young, and dont understand the consequences.Many people are also very shameful about it, which is okay in some circumstances. We should all be okay with all of this because we are all doing it and thinking the same thing.  

Today

I dont even know where to start. Not only is this a perfect pregnant women she also has a beer in here hand. Yes, its not alcoholic, but if under age people cant buy it why can a pregnant lady drink it. I have never been pregnant but i also have never see any one with a perfect smooth belly and thing leg. her hair is perfect and she has a flawless face.

Millennial

The millennial generation has a big range and many good and bad things about it.

      One good thing about our millennial is technology, from the computers to the tablets. Not only are they good we can access to many helpful to the mind like the internet. Everything has there pros and cons, but i feel that the technology we have has helped a lot. Has many teaching things for children and adults. It also has been really handy and helpful. Its where you need it, on the couch, out side, and even in  public places.
     There are also bad things with this millennial generation and technology. We love technology but it has hurt us. We take it for granted and always want more and new things. We can be happy with the old things we need new and better! Even though it is taking time away from our living, and people interaction.  

What Makes us Happy?

   The first reading starts with the game that makes a point of buying things will make the character happy. That is true for the game, but what about real life? Most of us are happy after we buy something we really wanted. But it is a short term happiness, just like the game. We should look into the future to see what will make us happy in the long run. Most likely we are happy with what we have already.  
   We need to see what we have is what will make us happy and buying thing is going to be happy for a while but it does wear off with time. Emotions are shortly lived.
